on the back of your work, sign the biological name of the bird; if yes, also indicate the local name
draw the bird of your region as realistically as possible using any technique on a piece of thick paper or cardboard measuring 10 cm by 10 cm

send the original image by any postal delivery to the address: Russia, Irkutsk city, Baikalskaya st. 291 "Б", Western Protected Areas "Zapovednoe Pribaikalye", Department of Environmental Education
don't forget! before sending, make a high-quality scan copy or photo of your bird’s image in order to attach / upload this image while filling out the registration form (so if your bird is lost or does not fly, we can always restore it)

"Wings over Baikal" is an OPEN art project, held annually for everyone who wants to participate in the dissemination of ornithological knowledge and popularization of the territories where these participating birds are common.
The point of attraction in 2021 was Lake Baikal - recognized since 1996 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
